Pricing

 Prior to a home inspection, an inspection agreement must be signed. You may view an example of the Home Inspection Agreement here.  Typically, this is completed digitally at time of scheduling. 

Upon completion of the inspection, your home inspector will email you an electronic report with photographs.  Your inspection report can also be emailed to other designated recipients  upon request.

 

Paper copies of your inspection report are available; please request a paper copy from your home inspector at time of scheduling. Otherwise, we would like to help save trees. 

  • 2500 sq ft or less: $300*

  • 2501-3000 sq ft: $350*

  • 3001-3500 sq ft: $400*
